English: Original two-languages (German and Polish) notification, dated February 29th, 1940, of Informationsabteilung des Roten Kreuzes / Sekcja Informacyjna Czerwonego Krzyża (Information Department of Red Cross) in Łódź, Poland (after 1939 war campaign under German occupation) to the family Zieliński of Polish soldier ( Henryk Zieliński, son of Juliusz and Maria) in Grudziądz. This notification says the soldier is alive and occures in military hospital in Łódź (under German occupation written as "Lodsch").
This soldier survived and has been cured by German physicians. He outlived WWII as prisoner of war.
Polski: Dwujęzyczne (po niemiecku i po polsku) zawiadomienie o miejscu pobytu polskiego żołnierza rannego w kampanii wrześniowej 1939 roku.

Na dokumencie niemiecki stempel urzędowy "Graudenz / 4 MRZ 1940" potwierdzający dostarczenie zawiadomienia do Grudziądza.
W Łodzi, przy ul. Żeligowskiego, nadal znajduje się szpital, a żołnierz Henryk Zieliński (niemieccy lekarze zoperowali mu rękę ratując ją przed amputacją) wyzdrowiał i przeżył wojnę jako jeniec wojenny.
Deutsch: Zweisprachig (deutsch und polnisch): Mitteilung des Roten Kreuzes, 1940. Der polnische Soldat Henryk Zieliński (1920-1981), verletzt in der Schlacht an der Bzura (um Kutno) in 1939, im deutschen militärischen Lazarett in Łódź behandelt.
