A — пальма; 1 — плод (костянка) в продольном разрезе; 2 — косточка (эндокарпий), оставшаяся после удаления у плода наружной оболочки и мезокарпия; 3 — то же в поперечном разрезе; 4 — эндосперм после удаления эндокарпия; 5 — часть эндосперма с зародышем.
