Description | Midshipman 4th Class Christa Stowe, from Daytona Beach, Fla., makes the first snowman of her life, aboard Yard Patrol Craft 698 at Coast Guard Station Philadelphia. The ship and crew are one of three Yard Patrol Crafts to make the transit from the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., to Philadelphia for the 104th playing of the Army Navy game. |
