File:37603 and 37604 At Clapham Junction.jpg

Description At Clapham Junction. These engines carry the circular logo of EPS (European Passenger Services) and used to be coupled between two match trucks with Scharfenberg (Eurostar) couplings on their outer ends. The pair used to sit here at Clapham Junction on standby to haul a "dead" Eurostar to their North Pole depot in emergency.

SOS Children aims to make Wikipedia suitable for young learners. SOS Childrens Villages believes education is an important part of a child's life. That's why we ensure they receive nursery care as well as high-quality primary and secondary education. When they leave school, we support the children in our care as they progress to vocational training or higher education. Find out more about sponsoring a child.
