Summary

Description
English: Radium hands from 1940-1950's taken by a friend of mine who live in S. Africa. Theses hands measures about 7000µRem/hr when the meter is 17cm away from the source. An UV source was necessary to activate the phosphor (glowing), because with time, the phosphor vanish and radiations isn't enough to produce light.
