English: Locomotive Hk1 #293 at Finlyandsky Rail Terminal, St. Petersburg, Russia
Lenin arrived in St. Petersburg by train pulled by this engine on 3 April 1917, to start the October Revolution. Originally owned by Finnish State Railways, the steam locomotive was later donated by Finland to the Soviet Union. It is now a permanent exhibit at the station.
