On peut distinguer le premier stade d'El Menzah (au sein de la future cité sportive bâtie à l'occasion des Jeux méditerranéens 1967), les barres d'El Menzah I (première des 9 étapes du quartier) et à l'arrière-plan des vergers aujourd'hui occupés par les quartiers d'El Menzah IV et d'El Manar.
