Над щитом прямоугольная лазоревая хоругвь с золотым трезубцем, окаймлённая золотом и украшенная зелёными ветвями. Щит обрамлён венком из золотых колосьев сверху и дубовых листьев снизу, перевитых лазоревой лентой с надписью золотыми литерами «З добром до людей» («С добром к людям»).
Українська: Герб Кіровоградської області (Україна). У червоному щиті золотий степовий (скіфський) орел із повернутою вправо головою; над щитом прямокутна синя хоругва з жовтим тризубом, оздоблена по периметру жовтою лиштвою й охоплена декоративними гілками; обабіч щит, обрамований золотим колоссям, знизу — дубовим листям, перевитими синьою стрічкою, закріпленою знизу золотим сувоєм, на стрічці подано золотими літерами девіз: «З добром до людей»
